So I have just recently developed this habit of drinking a giant cup of coffee in the evening... like 8-8:30 at night. I drank it one night as kind of my dessert/relaxing evening treat and now i want it every night! Is this weird?? A couple people have mentioned that I shouldn't drink that much caffeine late at night, but I don't notice it having any adverse affects on my sleep or anything. Or do lots of people do this and I'm just weird for over-analyzing?? Lol
