So, we made our news "public" today and there have been oodles of people telling me that they are expecting as well! How freaking exciting and fun to have all of these other babies due around the same time as mine. I found out about three more today that I had no idea about.

Yay how fun! I also had a friend tell me she was pregnant when I announced. She was a month behind and not telling people yet until she hit her 12 week mark, but I guess she felt like we were in the same club so I got to know.

that's awesome to have other parents in the same boat as you guys! someone announced on facebook when I was about 6 or 8 weeks, and I was so excited that I private messaged her thinking we'd be within a month of each other. she said she was 20 weeks and just announcing! I felt so silly after, lol!

That happened to me too. When I was ten weeks I was at a friend's house talking to her and another friend about the ultrasound I had that day. And we talked for a while and eventually the second friend blurted out "I can't take it any more I'm 10 weeks pregnant too!!!!" Her husband screamed from across the room "I KNEW you'd cave!!!". It was so funny. She's due three days after me!

aw that's so cool!!! we do have a few friends due right around the same time as us and it's so fun. NO one was pregnant when I was going through my first pregnancy!

aw I found out about one "in the computer" friend that is due a week before us!

I also PM'd someone after their announcement, since she is due in the summer and me in the beginning of the fall, and I messaged one who is a week ahead of me...I never want to take attention from their announcement, but I hope they're like me and like having someone to relate to!

We had a similar situation with both our pregnancies. We announced a big gathering of friends the first time and had two neighbors tell us they too were expecting (well one told us they had just miscarried). This time we announced via a youtube video of our DD in a "big sister" shirt, one of the neighbors we already knew was pregnant as she is 6w ahead of me and then found out our other neighbor is pregnant as well.
