The dolls clothes are expensive. Will my kids clothes fit the dolls? If so, what size? I'm getting both a boy and a girl one for my son and daughter for Christmas but cannot see myself spending 25 on each outfit.

We have one but only the set of clothes it came with. Ours is tiny, about 12".

We have the Happiness doll (that I love) to supplement her first Corolle doll that's now tatted up. Her first one is a Calin, tiny at 12", but the clothes of the Happiness doll can fit her stuffed animals.

I'm getting them these ones. They both have preemie size baby clothes packed away in my closet so I didn't know of those would possibly fit the dolls or not.

@littleblessings: That's like her first doll - it's tiny! I think the preemie size might fit the 14" ones, but I doubt they fit those. Here's a pic of the two dolls side by side.
I should add that the smaller one was absolutely the perfect size for a 1-2 year old.

Target makes some doll clothes that fit the 12" dolls well enough. Not quite as good as the Corolle ones, but enough to supplement their wardrobe
