I just finished doing week 2 day 2 of the Couch 2 5k program! As of today, I haven't had to cheat at all, and I was able to complete all the workouts as intended! Woo hoo! (I was/am a non-runner) and today's workout was 5 minute warm up walk, 1.5 min run followed by 2 minute walk (done 4 times) then run 1 minute, walk 1 minute (twice) then a 5 minute cool down walk!

For those that have completed this program, what week/workout did you find the hardest? I'm nervous that in the up coming weeks, I won't be able to finish one!
