Has anyone successfully completed this program? I started in January and have had a really hard time moving forward. I didn't always get in the 3 runs per week the program requires due to weather (one time I dug my car out to find out the gym had no power) so I would repeat work outs. I'm on week 5 day 1 of the program which is "run"5 walk 3 "run" 6 walk 3 "run" 5. Run in quotes b/c I pretty much walk faster than I'm jogging at this point.

I ambitiously signed up for a 5k this Saturday that I'm definitely nowhere near running -- luckily it is a color run so it is less pressure. Anyway, Just looking for some success stories or motivation! I'm a good deal over weight which I'm sure is part of my issue, but running a 5k is my "marathon" and I'm determined to do it one day!
