That's the feeling I had too! But I had nothing to compare it to. I was also worried but I am 13 weeks today have a great holiday

It's probably just your uterus growing and stretching. I had the same feelings early on. Unless you have bleeding, I wouldn't worry.

I still get a crampy feeling low in my pelvis sometimes at 20 weeks. It just feels like pressure and it's worse when my bladder is full.

I had tons of cramping in the first trimester and even throughout my whole pregnancy. What made me decide to take a pregnancy test was that I felt like I was going to start my period for weeks! Cramping is very normal.

Im 7 weeks now and have had cramping every day since before my bfp. It's very mild usually and passes within a minute or two. But 2-3 times now it has been pretty intense cramps that last for 5-10 mins. I've never had a drop of spotting. It feels exactly like period cramps for me. I was soooo nervous at first but now I'm pretty used to it and have accepted that all signs point to this being a perfectly normal part of pregnancy. Just our uteruses stretching for the baby!

I had lots of cramping through my first and second trimesters with my first LO. Totally normal, it even woke me from sleep sometimes and my doctor confirmed it was nothing to worry about.

Pregnancies can definitely be different though, not much cramping for me with this second pregnancy. It could be that you didn't have any with first LO but that you do with this one!
