Help me decide what to get for my 8mo old who still doesn’t have a crib. She sleeps in an arms reach cosleeper as a freestanding basinett, in her own room. She can’t sit up from lying down yet but it’s time, she needs more space! Maybe it will make her magically stop waking up a millions times per night.

Caveat, the room is quite small and in theory she’ll be sharing it with her brother once we get him back out of our room. Right now the cosleeper and his twin bed is in there along with other furniture, it’s not winning any design awards but works. I think a standard crib would be a tad cramped but should work with some rearranging. Here’s what I am thinking are my options:
A. Standard pack and play. Can be used either at grandma’s or as a play pen if we don’t want to use it forever. It’s cheap, and should work just fine. Similar to style of current bed (not that she seems to love it or anything, ha ha).

B. Mini crib hand me down. A friend has this for us but she lives an hour away and they keep canceling plans with us due to their own stresses of marital problems. She’s been saving it for us and eventually we hope to meet up but I just don’t know when we actually will! This could work down the road if we get option A for now.

C. Fancy lotus travel crib. I’ve always been into this, love the side zip feature. Con: it’s 200$, that’s dumb. https://www.guavafamily.com/products/lotus-everywhere-travel-crib?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI04yHx9D_2wIVl-NkCh1hrAAbEAQYAiABEgKNePD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

D. Simple basic full size crib. Probably ikea, which is about 100$ plus mattress.

I think my common sense is telling me classic pack and play. So cheap! Then we can upgrade to full crib or mini crib later and use the pack and play for other stuff. Right?
