We have the Oeuf sparrow that baby #1 used as a crib and toddler bed. Then changed back to a crib for baby #2.
As a side note - do not get the Oeuf changing table! Surprisingly poor quality and not worth the money.

@MrsH: I tried to avoid gray because our master is gray but I found an inspiration pic with a gray crib and fell in love! It's so neutral.

Another Ikea Gulliver crib. I like the modern look. and you can't beat the price tag! I really liked some other (more $$) cribs, but I figure the baby won't be in it for that long and I'd rather spend money on other things, like an organic mattress.

We have this one from Westwood Designs. It's very sturdy and thick. It also converts to a toddler, day bed an full bed.

@Ash: Most of our house is grey ( kitchen, master, hallways - all different shades)

We have the baby mod modena in gray from walmart. I love the gray color - it's neutral enough that it goes with anything/everything but still different from traditional colors. It looks a lot like the ouef for a small price!

@MrsH: We have the pbk larkin sleigh (discontinued) and we got it off craigslist for half the price! I'd check there:)

Another Jenny Lind crib here! I love it and it's a beautiful and solid bed for such a great price! But my DREAM would have been a Bratt Decor wrought iron crib.

@Modern Daisy: Oh wow. Where do you live? We lived in NYC at the time, so it seemed like there were always at least 2 or 3 on craigslist at a time, so the prices were more affordable. Ours does have very minor teeth marks. I was going to buy the touch up paint but never got around to it and I'm ok with that. My big regret is that I didn't hold out for one with the toddler rails, which I saw like 2 months later for almost the same price. Since the Oeuf is harder to find in Europe, we'll have to splurge on the rails when the time comes. But I've already decided that baby 2 will be sleeping in it until his or her legs are hanging out!

Another ikea gulliver here... Ours was going to be left behind when we moved do we didn't invest a lot.
We also had a davinci rivington but we decided not to use it as a full bed because I don't like the look of slats on the headboard and footboard. So it is set up at my parents house for my nephew.

@lamariniere: I live in NYC! There are a ton of them on CL, but I spent about 2 months on a stakeout and emailed a few sellers, but no one would budge on the price. And I thought the prices they were asking were way too high considering the cribs being sold had been used for 2-3 years. I was willing to pay $3-400 for one that was in good condition, but not $600+. The toddler rails were another big factor, they are expensive enough to buy new that I wanted them included in the price but they rarely were. I think it's because most of the sellers were just going from the crib to a 'real' toddler bed instead of using the kit. They must have gotten the prices they were asking because no one ever followed up with me and normally a seller will eventually email me asking if I'm still interested for the price I offered if they didn't have any luck.

Another Da Vinci Jenny Lind! It was a pain in the ass to find (had to go across the border to the USA) but I'm so happy we were able to get it. We got it in black.

LIke @lamariniere, I also got an Oeuf classic on CL- gently used, some teeth marks- but I also got her organic crib mattress, all for half of the retail for a new Oeuf classic. I love it, will use it for #2, and it's environmentally friendly, which was important to me for where my baby is sleeping.

We have a Graco Lauren but I actually think its really poor quality! The first one had a manufacturing defect and needed to be returned. The second one wasnt painted well but I was so over dealing with it, we just kept it.
Walmart was also a huge PITA for returns. The first one we took it to refused to take it back because they were a "neighborhood store" and had nowhere to store it. The second one had no idea how to process the return and it took 30 min for them to refund me, and they refused to refund the shipping charge even though it was a defective item. I emailed customer service but never got a response but I was just done with dealing with them.
