You don't really need a boppy and mybreastfriend but I understand why you would want to put both on there
I would add some waterproof pads (not a fitted sheet). They are nice to use under the sheet (in addition to the fitted sheet) or on the floor or table for diaper changes
I ended up with 8 A+A blankets because we used them as swaddles. Maybe add another pack or add a swaddle
What about a hamper? Special baby laundry basket?
I would add more washcloths and baby towels.

I would reduce your bath set to just 1. I didn't even register for a bath set and somehow ended up with 2 or 3!
Might consider 1 fleece crib sheet since baby will be arriving in winter?
Hooded bathtowels?

Did I see breast pads?
Breastmilk storage bags?
you have quite a few cotton sleep sacks, does it get cool enough to warrant a fleece one?
How about one fleece blanket for transporting from door to car?
"mittens" so that baby doesn't scratch?
newborn hats to help regulate temp?

I might have missed it but I saw a changing pad and no cover for it (unless I missed it!)

Also I second the comment about the Gerber sizing..we bought those side snap shirts in 0-3, put them in the dryer and they even shrunk more so they look like NB size, if that big. Lol.

Not sure if you have done any research about J&J products. I'm sure it will be fine but just in case..we did Burts Bees brand...Received some J&J too though!

I know lots of people swear by the nasal aspirators but I was told by the nurse at the hospital (infant care class) that babies naturally sneeze to clear things out and there's not really a need for them despite their popularity. But the one you have on there looks good and it's probably a personal preference thing.

Overall I think you did a great job..if I had to buy you a gift I would be comfortable with those prices and there's a pretty decent selection! Nice job!

@highwire: You might try Marshall's for the boppy--I saw several there the other day for $25, which includes a slipcover and no bedbugs! (No judgement on garage sales though, secondhand is great and I'm sure you're very cautious!) I know inventory is different at all of them, but we're both in the Dallas area so maybe you'll have luck!

Do you have cloth bibs for drooling? Something I wish I did was put stuff for starting solids. 6 months (or earlier for some people) creeps up on you fast! I saw you have spoons, but bowls, plates, ice cube trays if you plan on making your own food, sippy cups, etc. Also, do you have a baby book?

@highwire: Do you mean for bibs? Personally I like to have something that attaches to her and stays on to catch the drool constantly. She's a big drooler..... but I assume most babies are when they are teething at least. Burp cloths are more useful for putting on yourself to catch the spit up when your burp them (or if your LO just has a lot of spit up).

One other thing that I love is our reusable placemat for when we go out to eat.

@highwire: It's so hard to know what you need until you have your LO! Especially because every baby is different.... so we could try to tell you what works for us and our babies but your needs could be completely different. I've wasted so much money on baby crap Hopefully it you'll have better luck!

This weekend I thought of another registry thing. MUSIC!

We love that we got a baby lullaby CD plus some CD's for the car with kid music. It is really nice that when she is fussy we can turn on some of her music and she calms down. We turn her lullaby cd on each night (really I loaded it to an ipod in her room and keep the CD in my car).
