I think you have great options on the Amazon one - stuff I didn't think to add to mine. I had people buy me nursing supplies so I'd add them - you never know! What about bath stuff (ie shampoo and lotions)?
Thermometer? Boogie wipes? Saline drops? Nose frida?

@abbydabbydoodlebug: I didn't register there so I'm no help. but by the sound of it, you're covered. I would add the nursing supplies though. Lansinoh storage bags and some disposable pads. I didn't add nipple cream though

I would say maybe reconsider the Avent bottles. In our experience, the nipples are WAY too fast flow for a newborn. They caused massive gas issues and projectile vomiting in our house. Dr Brown's are amazing! Feel free to disregard, but I just wanted to share my experience as a bottle-feeding mom.

@abbydabbydoodlebug: Maybe register for a couple types of bottles so that you can see what works for your LO. We registered for avent naturals glass and born free glass.

I would add some bottles to amazon. Also, I agree with registering for somethings like medicine, soap, sunscreen, etc. Boogie wipes are my favorite!

My suggestions are:
-more newborn diapers, you'll go through a box easily within the first week or so
-a dishwasher basket (still love mine at 14 months)

-maybe eliminate the flannel receiving blankets. They aren't terribly useful. We had a ton of them, but found A&A blankets and lots of them were more useful

-I'm always hesitant to recommend pacifiers since it depends upon your baby's preference. As our LO got older, he took to the Avent ones like a champ and still uses them though we need to wean him off of it now.

@abbydabbydoodlebug: With the diaper bag bags thing, the Munchkin is more widely accessible and they smell good too. You get refills for that almost anywhere. I stocked up on mine at Target.

In the early weeks, I found the side snap or the basic Gerber stuff to be the best. I don't think we put him in a sleeper until I went back to work and really started a sleep routine where you knew he wasn't going to have a blowout every couple of diapers.

Maybe an infant insert for the Ergo? The Ergo is my saving grace many times, and the insert makes it usable for newborns-4 months.

-I found that the boon grass doesn't hold enough and ended up getting the boon lawn instead. And I really like the trees that they sell for the boon to hang pacifiers on.
-We really like mam pacifiers, thru come two to a box that you can sterilize them in.
-medela sterilizing bags are so handy!
-during the newborn weeks my baby lived in the moby wrap
