My whole life all the grown women in my life seem paranoid that every baby would turn cross-eyed. I've always heard "don't let them stare at the light!" Over and over. It's been drilled in my head so much that we basically keep all overhead lights off every night so K won't stare at them. Of course I've gotten this advice countless times since she was born. Sent my mom a pic of k last night and got a reply saying I need to watch her eye focus, she's looking in the middle too much. Gah!!
I was snarky and said I couldn't hold her eyeballs. What can I do?!

But really.. What CAN you do so they don't look cross eyed? Is it such a valid concern?
