This is a different situation, here's a little background. My parents have a 25 acre vineyard with a good sized home on it, my Dad is getting into the commercial side of wine making so he can market their wine. They have a contract with a winery that buys all the pinot noir they grow. Anyways they loathe taking care of the grapes, it's too much work for them so they want to sell, they really were hoping to wait a couple years because the valley is becoming the next big "wine country" and they could profit more. As luck would have it they found their dream home on the coast and put in an offer today.

Their place isn't ready to sell, and they have to much stuff to go through to move quickly. They ask us if we'd like to move in and since my Husband helps my Dad with the grapes he already knows how to care for them. Basically we'd just make their mortgage payment and we'd have so much more room for the kids, our extra vehicles, and cover for our boat. I really hate to see them sell this property, but it's really stressing them out.

Cross your fingers please
