@lovehoneybee: Ha ha. D always cheers for me when I go pee. "Yay! Good job, Mommy! You pee-pee in the potty!"

LO calls some animals by the sounds they make, including monkeys ("ooh ooh ah ah"). We happen to have a cat named Monkey, so she calls him "Ooh ooh".
She also calls glasses "eyes".

@Mrs. Pen: I know! I want to go back thru the baby book and find stuff I wrote down just to make quotes

There are so many, but here's one of my favorites from my almost 3 yo:
LO: I love veggies!
Me: What's your favorite?
LO: MEAT!
If I think of others I'll post again.

My LO's bday was earlier this week. She sang herself happy birthday....but just the "happy birthday to you!" part continuously for like 3 mins.

LO went through a week of falling over every day about a month ago and was constantly grazing her knees.
So these days when LO2 kicks in my belly or moves and it hurts I say ouch.
Lo: are you ok mummy?
Me: Yeah I'm ok, the baby moved and it hurt
Lo: but your knee, is your knee ok?
makes me laugh every time!

"I smell something, somebody farted"
"uh oh, I leaked"
"I don't like the train, so many people looking at me"
"Your hair not orange anymore, it's black" (I told her yesterday I used orange scent shampoo)
"Good morning! It's not good night"
"I love you, I love ba too"
"Oh no, what is this?" (Pointing to my mole. I told her it's ok, pimples are the ones that hurt like a boo boo. So she now says "this is mole, this is boo boo *pointing to a pimple if I happen to have one.)
"I want new one" (when her bottle of milk is not full or cold to her liking)
Currently trying to potty train her "uh oh, what's happening?" After we put a diaper on for the night and she peed, she thought she caused an accident again, confused that she's wearing a diaper vs. Not wearing one.
Ah! we have so many more cute phrases but memory can't keep up. We moved a year ago and I bought a book to keep track of her phrases, yet to find it in our boxes, might need to order another one.

E has so many right now!
She has started saying "I scusting!" (I'm disgusting) and then spitting or taking food out of her mouth or doing something generally revolting. "I scusting, mummy".
Yesterday, she had me in stitches. She told me: "Poo. Stinky poo". I was in the middle of something so I didn't take her up to change her straight away... then she wailed "I smell", with the saddest face ever!

Oh man, there are tons but one that always cracks me up is that for some reason he calls honking the car horn, popping horn. So the other day when the garbage truck came, (he sits with daddy outside waiting for it because it's the most exciting part of the week!) he came running in to me to say, "Momma, dumper truck pop horn to me!!" All grins and pride! So cute!
