DH and I rarely get a chance to have date nights out, so I am trying to think of some new and fun ideas for date nights in. We do things like movies, give each other massages and play games. These things get old after a while though, so we need some new ideas!

Could you buy a new game or pick up dinner from a different restaurant? Or one thing that can be fun is putting a ton of blankets on the floor and having a picnic while watching a movie.

How about dressing up one night like going out to a fancy restaurant? Then dinner and dancing. Instead of going to a pottery painting place together, is there some kind of craft y'all could do together for the new house? If ordering take-out, you order his meal, he orders yours and don't let the other know what you are ordering.
Or just have a naked night

We just tried out a new BBQ place that we wanted to try. It was a bit of a drive and we would have never taken the baby.

What about re-living your dating days and go out for pizza followed by some fun activity? Not sure where you live so if weather permitting, what about going putt putt? If it's cold out, go to one that's indoor and is glow in the dark? Or go bowling or an adult arcade like D&B/Main Event, etc.

Hmm... for a date night in, maybe baking something together? Bread is kind of fun, since you have to knead it, let it rise, etc. Or you could always do cookies or something.
Or making something different together for dinner... maybe rolling sushi? making paella? etc.
Filling the bathroom with candles and taking a bath together...
Looking up dream vacations online...
Dressing up for a nice dinner at home with nice china, etc.
Hmm... that's all I've got!
