I started back at the gym today. First time in close to 8-9 months, so it was really tough. I did 10 minutes hard on the elliptical, 10 minutes with intervals on the bike and then half of the circuit before I couldn't do anymore.
I signed up for an orientation tomorrow evening, and I'm planning on going minimum 4x per week. I *have* to lose a little bit of weight before I go away end of July. I'll be happy if i lose 1/2 lb a week!!
