I just got my blood work results today for my day 22 p blood work.
Results are as followed:
Progesterone
HI
127 nmol/L
Test repeated and results confirmed.
I took 5mg letrozole this cycle, the good news is that I definitely ovulated this cycle and it's much better than my previous 8, but I'm a little worried on how high it is.
Anyone have experience with such a high number? Stories appreciated.

You definitely ovulated so that is wonderful! When I did my day 21 bloodwork, my P was only 31 nmol and I was put on prometrium. Yours does seem rather high, but from my own research (take with a grain of salt!) anything over 120 nmol usually indicates the release of 2 or more follies! Best wishes this month. Those seem like good numbers!! I'd much rather have high P than low. Definitely ask your doctor though if you're concerned with how high it is!

I seemed to find the same thing from Dr Google haha. I agree I'm happier with higher than lower. And at this point DH and I would happily welcome two babies if that was the case.
I did end up emailing my doctor, was hoping to hear some experiences here too.
