@bisous: Hmmm, I'd leave her at daycare and check her temp and watch her tonight. If she's still pulling her ear, I'd get a drs appt.

I would take her in. Probably an ear infection.

At that age, they don't really associate ear pain with pulling at their ears. I would wait and see but if she seems uncomfortable tonight or tomorrow morning, I would take her in to the ped, just in case.

I would wait. Under a year they can't pinpoint pain like that, is what I've read. My lo pulls on his ears while teething, but it can also be that you lo just discovered that she even has ears.

I would wait and see. Can your daycare take her temp? (ours does). If she isn't acting "off" in any other way, I would just wait and see, but of course ask them to keep you informed if anything changes!

My LO often pulls on her ear when she's sleepy so I wouldn't put too much stock in ear pulling if she doesn't have a temp and it otherwise acting normal.

My 18 month old son has yet to have an ear infection (knock on wood) and pulls his ears fairly often. It gets bad during teething and often when he's tired. I'd just wait until tonight and keep an eye on it.

At 9 months, no ear infections and she pulls on her ears almost daily.
