Last year a daycare worker in Houston fled the country after a fire in her home killed four children.

Today on the news I heard that she left the children alone and went shopping at Target and that's when the fire broke out.

They had a couple of people debating what her punishment should be on the news. It really got me thinking. One said life in prison or the death penalty and the other said she should be considered insane and the court should be more lenient. I'm not a fan of the death penalty, and she isn't being charged with anything that can cause her to be given the death penalty, but I definitely believe she should go to prison for life. The trial is ongoing and she hasn't been found guilty yet.

What do you think?
