Here is the plan. A weekend in October. Please vote. 
We will meet at the museum of the American Indian on the National mall and if the weather is good we will go to the botanical gardens. We can pack lunch or meetup for lunch (or drinks).
You, your spouse, your LO(s), your nanny/parent/etc can come.
Unfortunately tomorrow isn't going to happen (but if you want to hang out just 2 moms, 2 babies, and you/your LO(s), please email me pastemoo at gmail.com)

We're out of town the first weekend of October, but free the 20th or 21st! DH would happily come along if invited (or happily let me take LO so he can do other stuff if not invited).

Sorry guys, we're out of town with little computer access, and I'm just now seeing this. The 20th may work for us... but we may be leaving town again. October is turning out to be very very busy for our family!

i say YAY for the 20th! can you believe i've lived in nova for 10 years and have never been to the botanical gardens?! so lame. i hope it's nice enough to go there; i think lil' CB would love it!

2 PM, front door to the botanical garden. Spouses, children, family welcome. Bring a snack if you need it.
We can also get coffee after a bit if we need it.

aaahhh, i'm so sorry to cancel, but we won't be able to make it my hubs unexpectedly got the day off (he usually works on saturday) and has declared it fall family fun day, and i can't really deny him that request! 
any chance anyone wants to meet up on november 3? or the 19th before the holiday madness begins? i'd love to do a playdate at clemyjontri (a large playground in mclean -- awesome for toddlers) or at the building museum.

When I got home I also realized just how weird it was that that guy asked us to change the babies again so he could take a picture. People are so weird with advice---probably from now till forever.

@Mrs. Cowgirl: I can do the 3rd (DH cannot come). And the 19th (Monday) I might be able to get all 3 of us depending on if DH keeps doing his funny alternate shifts or not.
How expensive are those two places?
