So so so scary! Glad you are ok. I totally know the feeling, I was cut off by an 18 wheeler once in metro Atlanta and my car spun twice and went across 4 lanes of traffic, and came to a perfect stop on the extra wide shoulder....un.freaking.touched. I think the same Lord that got you home was helping me out that day too Stay warm and safe!

So DH drove my car last night when he got home from work, and guess what.......the brakes worked just fine!!! UGH!!! I think it was because it was sitting in the garage though for a few hours and warmed up. So I'm working from home this morning, and I parked my car outside on the street, and I'm going to try and drive it in a few hours.....I seriously hate when that happens, and your car doesn't do what it was doing for you for other people!!!

@MrsBrewer: oh my gosh, I just read this. SO THANKFUL you are ok!!! That must have been absolutely terrifying!! I would be terrified to drive that car ever again. Oh my goodness.

@mrs. wagon: I am terrified to drive it! I moved it to the street this morning and it drove just fine....so hopefully it was just a fluke yesterday! If not.....I'm getting it towed straight to the dealer to fix!!

@MrsBrewer: Ugh, that happened to me once and I had it towed to the shop (it wouldn't start). They were able to start it right up and drive it in and all the guys snickered at the poor little girl who couldn't get her car started. It turned out to have a couple of problems (crank shaft sensor and starter were bad), so I'm glad I went.
