Do you feel like you gain weight more quickly/easily when you're down?
I just realized that I gained a bunch of weight since the beginning of the summer (like my summer clothes are too tight & we're going on vacation in a couple weeks, Opps!). I gained a bunch a while back during an illness and then had stayed put for a while, then put on a bunch pretty rapidly recently. I'll admit this year has been rough, a friend & my nana passed away, we are having difficulty TTC, trying to buy a home after a finding out a family member stole DH's ssn to take out credit for themselves & seriously limited our options and DH is pretty overworked & stressed lately, and those are just the tip of the iceberg. So I've been a little down. Maybe I don't pay attention to my eating when I'm down, but it doesn't seem like it's changed that drastically. Do you think just being depressed can cause you to gain weight? Now if only smiling could make my clothes fit!
