He has the day off and prepping his slow cooker ribs! Yay! He cooks a meal every few months!
What was the last meal your SO cooked?

He occassionally heats up something from the freezer or picks up takeout. I love him, but cooking isn't his forte. He does help me when I'm in the kitchen though.

Yay for hubby's preparing dinners!
It's been a good minute since the hubby prepared a meal from start to finish! He did grill some meat a few weeks back, does that count?

Good man!
My husband isn't too bad in the summer. He grills whatever meat we're eating so the odd night he'll cover the sides too. If he cooks when its not grilling season... its usually meatloaf and twice baked potatoes.

aww that sounds yummy!!
DH cooks our dinners a lot, at least 1-2x a week. I think he would cook more but he works three nights a week.

Sounds like a treat, I always tell SO he looks really hot when he cooks hoping he'll do it more often! My hubby cooked his speciality yesterday: mish mash. Doesn't sound great but is very tasty, it's a mix of red peppers, onions, feta cheese and some eggs served with warm bread. If I wasn't BFing I would have had red wine to with it....mmm

@autumnlove: Oh that sounds yummy!!!
He really likes cooking, but unfortunately, he's been so busy lately that he hasn't been in the kitchen much.

My husband is AWESOME at cooking breakfast foods! So on the weekends he always makes us huge breakfasts, and sometimes during the week if I don't feel like cooking, we will just have breakfast for dinner....and have delicious eggs, bacon, potatoes and all that stuff

Lucky! DH doesn't cook. Last thing he made was ramen!

Wednesday night. I am lucky he likes to cook, even though I do most of it.

My husband does most of the cooking. Last night he made some super rare ribeye steaks with onions and mushrooms, mashed potatoes and spicy green beans. Earlier this week he made roast chicken with wild mushroom risotto; and carnitas tacos with spicy cabbage slaw. Yum!!

That sounds wonderful! Now I want ribs I am the cook in the house and DH is the baker--however, now that I am pregnant and currently working two jobs (ending the 2nd one next week) AND in grad school, he has really stepped up to the plate (er, stove?) This week he cooked 3 times, which was a huge help. He made a mean breakfast for dinner one night complete with brown sugar bacon. A veggie minestrone the other night and a lasagna.

Must be awesome to have a guy who can cook anything....mine can't even BBQ. But he brings me lunch and take out all the time so I say he's an alright dude;)

DH usually cooks. I don't have any skills in the kitchen besides clean up! (I'm trying to learn though!)
