We have done three Bradley Method classes now, but they have covered things like exercises, nutrition, and talking with your practitioner.

DH was a 32 week premie, so he is starting to hit panic mode a little bit. After our last class (2.5 hours on nutrition) he pulled our childbirth instructor aside and said, stone faced, "Ma'am, with all due respect, I know my wife needs to eat around 80 grams of protein a day. I will make her all the boiled eggs she can handle. But what I really need to know about right now is births! When are we going to learn how to do births?!" Our instructor was trying very hard not to laugh!

He was embarrassed that I cracked up laughing all the way to the car about it... Now when either of us read our books or workbook we look at the other person and announce all wide-eyed and serious-faced "I'm going to learn how to do births now!" lol
