He was just standing at the front door, looking out the window, with a huge cheese it grin b/c he heard the ice cream man truck in the neighborhood.... then I reminded him that he was trying to cut his sugar intake down & he started frowning & pouting.... he's still standing looking out the window though. lol
I wish sometimes I could still tap into my kidness like that! tehe.

Awww tell him to get one!!
I saw an ice cream truck yesterday and was really tempted to get one too. I was just too lazy to walk to it because I was holding DS, an umbrella and my diaper bag! (umbrella bc we were at a splash pad and there was no shade! my poor baby was melting).

My husband still "plays" with "toys". We went to our BILs house yesterday because he has a huge meat smoker. My husband was giddy and the two of them were like kids playing with a new toy. They put all sorts of weird stuff in the smoker and kept running back to see how their experiments were faring. It was adorable.

@runsyellowlites: That is tooo cute! I am definitely the kid-like one in our relationship. He plays along but only because he likes seeing me so happy. I would be the one with my faced pressed up against the window for ice cream. Which I may or may not have done..before....several times..

My husband's a youth pastor...so he basically is a child still. I opened our trunk the other day, and found it stuffed full of foam swords and inflatable shields.
Also, he bought an air-hockey set that doesn't need a table (just a floor/counter top) in case "the kids come over".
He also ha an impressive collection of water guns in his office.
