My DH has been trying to justify getting a golf cart...lol for some time
Recently.....
He says I can ride DD around for Halloween and our Uncle's retirement park does a Cart parade for Christmas and they can decorate it with lights...
Sure I'm such a softy when it comes to my daughter that now it doesn't sound so bad...lol

Haha this is a great thread! DH kept sending me listing for boats for a while
And now he wants a hunting rifle...?! And he said since I picked out and ordered my own mothers day present, that means he can get a hunting rifle has his fathers day present?!

Man I wish I had a good story, but DH never has anything he wants to buy. It's always me justifying purchases, and he usually goes along. Or at least doesn't get too mad when I buy it without him. I learned a while ago to just go to Ikea/Target ALONE or I would never end up with anything in my cart!

This thread rings so true in my life - DH just sent me a real estate listing for a cottage 2 hours north. Baby is due in two months and while he noted the not perfect timing he provided a list for reasons why it was a great idea.

@MrsH: the local weekend E-MBA programs have too much of an international business focus for his liking. He's looking at a couple online programs, but there isn't a cost savings. Plus he wants to take the baby Finance courses since he wasn't a business major undergrad eventhough he's worked in finance and banking for over a decade. How did your husband like his program?
