I started taking a prenatal vitamin - One A Day Women's Prenatal with DHA. However, I am reading that the recommended amount of DHA is 300mg, and this only has 200mg. Should I add an omega 3 supplement? I've read omega 3s are vital for brain development, and I haven't been taking prenatals or eating any fish since I have been (unknowingly) pregnant, so I want to make sure I am doing what I need to now!
