My 7 month old has had greenish diarrhea along with a little diaper rash and a rash on her legs since yesterday. The diarrhea isn't too bad, and I'm not worried about her being dehydrated. She doesn't have a fever, and is otherwise completely acting normal. I will call the dr if it doesn't get better soon, but has anyone had this? Could it be teething? Or a food allergy? She had avocado last weekend, but that should be out of her system by now, right? She's only had foods she's been fine with in the past since Monday. TIA!

ETA she did wake up a little more than usual last night, but she would quickly fall asleep once I nursed her.
