I know H would really love love love a walker. But we are being all anal about our brand new hardwood floors and I wonder if it will scratch/scuff them...What was your experience?

@PrincessBaby: what type of walker are you thinking? Like the ones she can actually sit in? If so. Chicco do good ones. Maybe after you find it on craigslist you can check out amazon reviews?

Nope not a single scratch! We had both ride-in walkers and push walkers. Our house is all hardwood with a few area rugs.

We have both types of walkers, a walk behind Parents (you can find them on craigslist, but not new) and a chicco piano splash sit in walker. Neither of those scratched our hardwoods.

@princessbaby: I'm looking into getting a walker too! Not sure which one to get yet though. Thinking of maybe the Chicco or Bright Starts based on Amazon reviews. Hmm...

No scratches as well. If you end up buying a walker with plastic wheels, add a rubber band around the wheel to make it easier to move around.

Nope. But E likes to push her Zaney zoo around and that messed up our floors.
