Maternity. My belly got way too big for a regular suit.

Maternity! I loved the extra coverage of the bottoms, extra support in the bust, and then baggier area in the tank part over my belly.
I actually got 2 summers of use out of mine. I wore it the summer while pregnant plus a summer post partum (although it was big the second summer, it fit and I was comfortable).

I wore regular (Victoria's Secret) bikinis for our babymoon . . . since I was able to order the top and bottom in different sizes, I got adequate coverage for the girls and my bum bum. ;P

when i was 30 weeks we went on a beach vacation so i bought an old navy maternity swimsuit on ebay (new with tags! i did not buy a used swimsuit!).

I bought a cheap maternity suit from Target so that I could take DD to the pool. If I had been less pregnant, I might have tried to get away with it, but I was almost at the tail end during the swimsuit season..

maternity, no way my boobs or belly were fitting in a normal one!

I was 25-26 weeks pregnant in mexico and crammed myself into a bikini. The bottoms had ties, so that was the only reason I could keep wearing them! I was kind of busting out of the top, but I didn't care too much. If i was going to wear it for more than 5 days, or was pregnant in the summer, i would've invested in a maternity suit

I wear a regular bikini and throw a maternity tank over it to swim laps. Shameful, but no one sees me there

I wore a regular tankini on our family beach trip when I was 33-34 weeks pregnant, but rolled up the top BUT my boobs didn't really grow at all during my pregnancy.

I wore a looser style tankini on vacation at 18-19 weeks (lido tank top from J Crew) but to be honest, didn't feel super cute in it at all. I felt like I just looked like pudge, not pregnant. I was loaned a maternity tankini top that I'll probably wear if I go swimming later on or this summer. By the summer, I think I will be way beyond anything but maternity styles (due 7/30).

My sister lent me her maternity one. It's awesome and so much more comfortable than my regular stuff!

Regular! I just went to Target and bought a large top- my bottoms were the same size as I normally wore.
I think maternity swimwear is most overrated, unless you aren't comfortable in a two-piece.

Regular - I bought a bigger size to fit the growing boobs and expanding hips and it was fine. My boobs were a bit too scandalous (for me) by the end so I wore a loose tank top over it at the beach as I was self-conscious. I couldn't stomach the thought of paying for a maternity suit - I'm cheap like that.

Last time I wore a bikini I was only 19 weeks, so just normal bikinis.

Maternity tankini. I wasn't a fan of my belly to begin with, so I definitely wasn't going to show it off bare!

I wore a regular bikini with pregnant with my first. I'm not so sure that I will be daring enough to wear a bikini again with my second pregnancy. I don't know how postpartum + pregnant belly will look.

I wore a regular one piece with ruching on the sides. I only went swimming one or twice though (the last time at 35 or 36 weeks).

@FutureMrsMcK: Damn! You looked great!
So there isn't a clear winner here, some people preferred maternity and others wore regular. Hmm. I guess I'll skip it for now and see what I need when the time comes!

This wknd (31 weeks) I wore a regular bikini that was always a tiny bit too big and it fit perfectly! I would say rock the regular bikini--it was so fun not worrying about my stomach not being toned!
