I forged my mom's name on some forms about attendance in high school! I hope my LO never does stuff like this!

I totally did, not because I had a bad grade, but because I forgot to give it to them.

Never my parents signature, way too hard to replicate.
I did have to forge DH's signature once b/c I forgot to have him sign some of the immigration paperwork, and by the time I realized it there was no time to send it to Ecuador & back. Shhh don't tell!

Ha yes, my mum's to get out of sports class and it was a great copy. Unfortunately for me she found it....gutted.

Never could, my dad has a crazy difficult signature it's way to precise, and my moms is too messy.
True story, in the 3rd grade, I assumed the teachers has a file folder full of our parents signatures so that they could reference them on anything we needed. I always wondered how else they could know a fake.

Yep! But with my mom's permission. Does that count?

Yep, my stepmom's when I was in like 4th grade? She'd sent me in with a legit signed note giving permission for me to ride the bus home with a friend, and I lost it by lunchtime, so I forged one. Except the original note was found in the locker room, and I got caught and ended up with a day of in-school suspension.

Yes, quite a few times in HS. Not for bad grades or being suspended or whatever, just for little things and I usually told her.

My dad's is way neat and precise, so I've never forged his. I can STILL write my mom's. lol

Yup, and they knew it. I used to show them my piece of paper of me practicing and if it was close.

Yep in highschool! My mom said if I needed a mental health day or was late, just to write myself up a note!

yup! how else would I have been able to skip school without ever getting caught?

Yup, both mum's and dad's to get out of sports class. I also had a side hustle in writing notes for my friends to also get out of sports class - such a rebel

Yeah. I forged my mom's signature pretty often in high school. Our handwritings are similar so it was very easy. I usually only did it on permission slips, but definitely did a few times to get out of gym class.

Yes, with her permission, though. Our parents had to sign our test papers and I always got good grades so she told me to just sign them.

I forged my dad's signature all the time. Sometimes it was with his permission and other times without. I wasn't a troublemaker by any means. I think it was mainly for field trips and such.

I did in 2nd grade. I printed my mom's name in pencil. They made me call her at work and tell her what I had done. It was a horrible day for me, but she just laughed!

I used to write myself notes to get out of class if I wanted to. So bad, I'm going to have to come up with a more complicated signature so our kids don't do the same!

All the time, usually just forms I would forget to have them sign so I would do it quick.
