Didn't get to meet them at closing. Looked them up on FB, they got married a year before us and had a baby a little bit after us. They wanted the earnest money the weekend we got married. They got it the Monday after.

We never met the previous owners of our house, but I did FB message the wife once to ask her about the roof. We had a lot of shingles come off so we wanted to see if they had the same problem.
