Pretty much everything I ate in weeks 6-8 made me feel like crap after, so now the thought of most of them makes me gag. So... yes. I'm counting down the weeks until this passes (because of course it will pass on schedule exactly as I enter the 2nd trimester, right???)

I have been really lucky, the first trimester has been kind to me but I have had one really weird aversion - orange.
We have a chocolate orange scented handwash and it makes me feel so sick every time I use it. On the rare occasion I get a wave of nausea, my whole being seems to fill up with the smell of chocolate orange. If I feel a little sick, I feel like I'm going to puke pure orange juice - I literally get an orange juice taste in my mouth, even if I haven't been near orange juice. So weird.
I also can't face coffee. Just the thought of it makes me feel sick. I used to get through 5 or 6 cups in decaff a day.

My big one was pasta. I could only eat thin pasta like spaghetti because things like penne noodles made me gag. I love pasta!
I also had an issue with oranges/orange juice because they gave me heartburn so it turned into an aversion.

I'm normally a HUGE sweets person, but since getting preggo, I haven't craved any at all, and when confronted with them, I pass. The strong scent of something sugary like an energy drink (co-worker drinks a big ole red bull every day and I can smell it when it's opened) or butter makes me nauseous.

Only one thing - falafel. Lol. We have a great falafel place by us and we love to get it for lunch once every few weeks. Once I got pregnant I couldn't stand the smell of it! I had no other food aversions at all so it was weird!

I normally love creamy things- cheese, guacamole, etc. I've had to avoid anything creamy the past few days. Even thinking about it makes me gag a bit

For most of the pregnancy so far, no cheese, meats, or anything creamy! Even things I normally LOVED!

I still can't bring myself to eat a lot of things I used to love before getting pregnant...olives and avocados especially!

We used to eat a ton of asparagus and the minute I got KU, the thought of asparagus grossed me out! It was so weird!!!!

Hrm, no aversions yet, and I hope it stays that way! Although it would probably be a good thing if I suddenly developed an aversion to sweets...

The first 1/2 of my pregnancy, I was so grossed out by beef. I realized this when I got a steak at a nice restaurant with my in laws, and took one bite and almost lost it on the dinner table. I didn't have any morning sickness at all, so the near-barf was a bit shocking to me. Luckily that aversion has passed, although I did get a little queasy making meatballs the other day...
