I always saw advertisements for them and I got one of the slings when I was pregnant with DD1, but I didn't really like it. I'm thinking of getting a new car seat cover.
Did you get one? How did you like it?

I got all 3, never used the sling (didn't fit right) & didn't care for the nursing cover. Btu I did love the car seat cover, it was nice!

I have the nursing cover and I used it with DS, it does its job and will use it again for DD. I just got the canopy, not sure if I like it or not yet as I haven't had a chance to use it. I will say its a nice fabric with a think lining - which is nice, but also heavy. I didn't get the kit - just the canopy.

I have the carseat canopy/cover and it's just OK. It is a nice weight and fabric, but it's basically a small blanket with two little velcro tabs-- I'm not sure it's worth the "free" price of about $10 for shipping and handling. If you are at all crafty you could just buy an inexpensive blanket and sew the tabs on. That said, it has come in handy on walks when its cold out, if I put that on it's warm and dark enough for her to sleep in most weather.
I also got the "free" nursing pillow and as a nursing pillow, it is useless, but as a prop for when a baby is learning to sit up, it's worth it. I have a Brest Friend for nursing so it's nice to use the little pillow to surround her so she doesn't bonk her head if I walk away.

So they aren't free you pay for shipping. I got the nursing cover and didn't like it at all. The sling didn't fit right and I think in general it is all skippable.
