I did Day One two days ago with Mrs. Bee and I'm pretty sore today! Especially my left elbow... I probably had bad form or something. Gotta work on that!

I skipped the shred yesterday but will probably do Day Two today! Hopefully I can work through the soreness. I read that the 30 Day Shred doesn't have enough stretching in it, so maybe I'll add some to the end of today's workout.
