I wanted to update, I was pretty sure it was going to be a girl, but I did have a dream that I had a boy and (drumroll please...)..... It's a BOY! I was wrong but dream was right. I'm starting to think dreams are the best predictors of sex

@Ms.Badger: interesting observation about the dream theory! I actually dreamed about having a boy baby and giving him a name YEARS before I was pregnant. And when I finally was pregnant it was a boy, and I gave him the same name as the dream baby.

@lamariniere: I read a medical journal paper about mom's guessing gender and they were no better than 50/50 but the mom's who had a dream (small sample size, like 7-8 moms) all dreamed of the baby's correct gender. It's like our subconscious mind knows more than our conscious mind does

With LO2, I never had any baby gender dreams and had NO IDEA what she was until the ultrasound!

@lamariniere: @Ms.Badger: A month before I found out I was pregnant, I had a dream I was brushing a little's girl hair. The little girl was wearing a purple velvet material dress with black sleeves. So I felt very strongly that I was having a girl and my dream was right. Looking at my little girl now, she looks exactly like the little girl in my dreams.

@Kimberlybee: that's crazy! Haha, my dream baby was ugly, I remember thinking "how will I ever love this ugly baby?!" Luckily, he turned out to be pretty cute.

@lamariniere: @Ms.Badger: Also, I found a dress that looks very similar to the one in my dreams at Nordstroms the other day. It is a size too big but I bought it anyway and am saving it for next year's Christmas photoshoot!

@lamariniere: LOL! Glad that part didn't come true. In my dream the baby boy had very dark hair, both my husband and I are blond so I'm thinking that part won't come true either
