DD was big at birth (10.9 oz and 23.5") and quickly outgrew NB stuff. I think we packed them away at 3 weeks and that was pushing it. Now at 9.5 weeks she is still in 3-6 month stuff. Some brands she can do 0-3 still but not all. Brands vary too much I think.

@Dandelion: yes! E just had her fourth appointment and is 99th percentile for height. She is almost in nine month clothes
