No TV, but did get a phone in middle school!

I got my own phone in my room when I was around 14 and it was the best thing ever for my teenage self lol!

I didn't get my own computer in my room until I was 17. I never had a TV in my room until I moved out.

I was allowed to take the cordless in my room, but I didn't have my own phone until high school. I never got a separate line I so desperately wanted.

We had an old portable black and white tv with a 6" screen that I would take in my room sometimes and watch Night Court. No cable - it only had a knob with 12 channels. Once I was in college, my parents moved a tv in my room so I had it when I came home for summers.

No phone - No tv!

We got a "teen" line when I was 12, so my sisters and I had to share it (it was also the line that had internet so it was usually busy!) I had a TV, but it wasn't connected to cable, pretty much just for movies (VCR) and I had a bad set of bunny ears, so I got like 3 channels. haha

I had a TV in my room since I can remember, so maybe like 5? Some of my first memories are watching I Love Lucy really late at night when my parents thought I was asleep. Ha.

No tv and no phone. Wanted to watch tv? Come out to the living room and watch with everybody else.

Want to talk on the phone, there's one in the office or use the one in the kitchen or living room.
