We never had one but our next door neighbors did! We played on it at least 3 times a week!

Yup! We also had a sandbox my dad built (with cover so it was clean and safe).

Yes! Huge jungle gym, playhouse, tree fort, tire swing, trampoline, sandbox, hammock, chicken coop, horses, goats....my house growing up was the place to be! Lol

We had a double swing set. I want one for M when she's big enough!

Yes! We had an incredible backyard with a big play set, fire pit, garden, tetherball and an acre of grass to run on...it feels like my entire childhood took place playing back there.
We don't have one now because our house is small and we need to sell it in a year or so but I hope I can have what my parents had for me and my sisters.

We never had one of our own. When I was a kid, we lived on post when we were stationed at Ft. Hood and we had a playground right behind our house. We spent most nights playing our there.

We had a swing set when we were young. All I remember about it is the fact that it was metal, and the posts would come out of the ground when you used the swing. Needless to say, it didn't hang around long!
If we get a play set for our LOs, it will have to be REALLY nice. Most child play areas involve too much maintenance and ugly/dirty messes for my taste.

Nope but DH wants to make a mini home resort for the kids. House, mini patio set, swing set and sand box.

Yes! We had a HUGE wooden one that my parents built for us. It had 2 regular swings, a porch swing, a slide, and a rope climbing thing. We also had a sandbox with 2 monster truck tires in it standing upright. Spent alot of time hiding in those
We also had a pool and lived in the woods, so there was a lot to explore. If I could put my house in that yard, I would in a second. (except that the guy my parents sold the house to took down half the playground and made it into a station to gut deer on haha)
