A girl I worked with (who was due a month after me) had 1 beer a week.
I was shocked! But to each her own.. ?
Did you drink (even a little) while pregnant?

My ex's sister (who I've stayed in touch with via fb) did the weekly wine (multiple glasses) throughout her pregnancy; color me shocked :O
As for me? I went to a happy hour and had two drinks during my two week wait before I knew we were pregnant. But not since. I'm not a huge drinker though, so this was the least of my sacrifices.

I had a half glass of champagne on my babymoon and a few random sips of DH's beer on other occasions. They do it in Europe...while I wouldn't do so regularly, I made a few tiny exceptions.

Haha yup I did! My midwife even said it was ok
I didn't at all in my first tri and beginning of second. At Christmas I had a glass of wine, and a few glasses throughout the rest of my pregnancy. It was relaxing and helped me sleep.
I also drink wine while breastfeeding, my midwife cleared me for that too.

I got one sip of every new beer my husband tried. I meant to have a glass of wine every week, but it didn't happen.

I had 1/2 glass or less of wine a week, as my OB said a glass a week was fine.

I havent had any alcohol. I dont usually drink alcohol even when I'm not pregnant. I know some OBs say its fine to have a little bit every now and then but honestly none of them really know for sure what exact amount starts to affect the baby.

No. Even if I wanted to, alcohol gives me migraines and I had to try to stay away from all my triggers or id have to take more meds.

I had a few drinks before I found out I was pregnant!

Ive had red wine, generally no more than one glass a week. Interestingly, when i went to see the perinatologist today, he encouraged it. Ive also been indulging in o'douls, because i really like the taste of beer!

Yes, I've had a bit of wine and beer here and there. Most OB's seem to be ok with light drinking especially in the 3rd trimester, I've had many friends whose OB's even encouraged them to drink a glass of wine more than 1x a week if it would help relax them and get rid of stress. Europeans in general don't seem to be as "OMG!!!! alcohol!!!" as most Americans are, and have much lower rates of fetal alcohol syndrome. I would drink a glass of wine a week, but I don't usually because it gives me terrible acid reflux after a few sips. I'm not worried about it.

I've had 3 or 4 sips of DH's beer during my pregnancy, I'm anxiously awaiting the day when I can have a beer to myself (but will definitely wait until the baby's here.

I had some random sips of dh's drink. So not enough volume to affect me or LO.

Yes, I got an off the record "a little is ok" so I would have an ounce or so of wine or beer once a week in the second and third trimesters. I had absolutely no interest in the first trimester, which I would have held off anyway.

I had a sip of DH's wine here and there later in my pregnancy. It probably added up to less than a glass.

The other day i had a six ounce glass of hard cider (34 weeks) and i will have sips of things here or there. Around christmas my OB told me it was okay to have a small glass of champagne....and i did!!

I voted no b/c church wine doesn't count (blech) and the only alcohol I have had was drunk before I knew I was pregnant. Doesn't count!

I may have a little towards the end of my pregnancy, but after having a miscarriage, I would never do it in the first trimester.

I have had an N/A beer but no regular ful blown alcohol. I don't think I will either, but I will have the occasional N/A beer or wine.

Throughout my entire pregnancy, I had a total of 3-4 half-glasses of red wine, which my OB said was perfectly okay.

I has a tiny sip of locally brewed mead hubby had bought (just to taste).

None in the first trimester, but about a glass of red wine a week (with food) since then and have loved every single sip. I'm a big wine drinker anyway and have taken some of the classes towards becoming a sommelier.

Nope, I didn't have any. I just wasn't willing to take the risk. I'm not much of a drinker anyway so it wasn't much of a hardship. Although, when you're not allowed to have things, you tend to crave them, which did happen sometimes. I accidentally ate a cherry that I didn't realize my crazy friend soaked in vodka (gross) but I was able to spit it out.

I won't have any during the first tri. During the second and third we have a couple of weddings so I'll probably have half a glass of wine at each. But we'll see how I feel in the moment.

Yep - although I avoided it during the first trimester. I'll have sips of DH's beer. And I bought one of those 4-packs of individual sized bottles of wine, which has lasted me 12 weeks (and I still have 1 bottle to go). I can get 2.5-3 "glasses" of wine out of each bottle, which I think it about 2oz per "glass". Just enough to give me a nice taste that lasts me a week or so.
But I'm definitely counting down to when I can have a full glass of wine without feeling guilty (6.5 weeks until EDD!).

We went wine tasting for our anniversary (I had a tiny sip of each pour-- so maybe 1/4 glass total that day?) in my late 2nd trimester. And I had a sip of hubs' wine at dinner 2 weeks ago.

Yup, it was usually sips of DH's drink once in awhile. For a bit the taste of coffee or alcohol seemed yucky, anything with a slightly bitter taste tasted bad to me. But after a bit that went away so I'd have a quarter glass or a couple sips of DH if we had friends over or went somewhere. So that was less than once a week but more than once a month.

Small glass of champagne on my anniversary, but other than that I stayed clear. I also thought I would drink sooner than I did post birth but I actually waited 9 weeks before I drank any alcohol.

Had a sip of my friend's champagne on new years and a slice of heavily soaked tiramisu during christmas....
