I had sushi rolls that were cooked. It was not as exciting as the uncooked stuff but I made sure to get things that had lots of delicious flavors and combinations so it gave me my fill.

I had a bit of uncooked (like 2 pieces) a week ago, and it was deeelish. I've been sticking to the cooked rolls, and having it probably once a month.

I have had sushi and sashimi while being pregnant. Like others, I just make sure it's from reputable places.

With my first I did not have any raw sushi. Now that I'm pregnant with my second, I am very lenient and allow myself to eat raw sushi every now and then.

@betsyboop: Same! My OB said at clean, established places a little sushi is ok. He mentioned that thousands of women in asia eat fresh sushi while pregnant and they turn out fine. I only had it a handful of times and only at restaurants I trusted.

I've made it 26.5 weeks with no sushi, but I did have a ceviche-like appetizer from a restaurant and was fine. DH was giving me the evil-eye the entire time though lol!
