I am going to invite my closest coworkers.....a couple of them have kids around the same age as my LOs. I still haven't decided if I should invite my boss!

Nope, my boss and coworkers live far away in the burbs. We also had LO's first birthday party at my parents' house a couple hours away.

i did not because our space is so small and they wouldn't have been able to bring their kids over, but there are a few coworkers who are friends and it would have been nice to invite them.

No, but we did family only. If we had done something bigger I would have invited my closest coworkers (but not expected they come since none have kids).

I didn't because we were trying to keep it small. I wish I had invited my boss though. Our LOs are very close in age.

Yes! I invited my boss and coworkers. I work at a small company so we're all pretty close.

No because DH works in a small department. Inviting one coworker would require us to invite them all. An extra 7 plus spouses is a lot! They're also much older (50s and 60s).

My husband will invite his boss and coworkers since its my dad and siblings. I won't though, I float through the hospital and don't stay long enough to make friends.
