I'm starting to plan J's first birthday party. Our immediate family is pretty small so I'm debating whether I should invite some of her "friends." That would add about 6 adults to the list and make it a total of about 10 kids, mostly 2 and under. Am I crazy?

The only extra family members there were my parents. We don't live near family, so all of the guests were friends. It was really fun!
ETA: We ended up with about 15 kids 2 and under. It was a blast!

We invited 4 babies, but there were only 3 babies at the party at any given moment. It was a good number of babies. Enough to be adorable and entertaining for the adults, and few enough that there weren't tons of babies underfoot in our not-huge apartment!

We invited our friends who have kids, so we had about 10 little ones in attendance.

We invited all of LO's friends. It was probably about 15 kids and we all had a blast!

We wanted too but family is 40+ so we aren't able to invite friends.

Yep, we only have a handful of friends with kids (ds' friends)

I did! We had about 20 adults and 8 babies...it was fun!

Yes, but she doesn't have that many friends so it didn't add much.
