A lot of people are really surprised to learn that her name was really Bee.

That's where the blogging name Mrs. Bee originally came from... and then she named the other bloggers after other insects. And that's where the tradition of giving bloggers code names came from.

More Hellobee trivia: Bee is actually a Korean name! Her American name is Berry... the site could have been called, Helloberry! Not quite the same ring though huh. We never considered it.
