I did, LO is 8 months old. The plastic eggs are empty, I didn't want the puffs to go stale. There's just books (Peter Rabbit) that I bought from Gilt and a Little Giraffe security blanket. I posted this pic on a previously thread before, but here it is again.

@mamabear57: That looks so nice.
I got a cheap felt basket for him at Target. I'm putting the wood eggs I made in it, stuffed bunny, stuffed chick, & my peter rabbit books from when I was a kid.

@mamabear57: so cute!!
Yep. DD is almost 10 months and DS is almost 4. I'll post photos of them later I have to say, I ordered 2 baskets off of etsy and they look terrible. I'm bummed.

@HLK208: that's so disappointing
I'm going to Target to pick up some stuff tomorrow! Hopefully I can find really small baskets and fill them with just a few things for each.

I just bought a cheap plastic basket for Target. Want to wait till #2 comes along, years from now, before we buy a nice basket. I just put a stuffed bunny, book and rattle in it. She will be 3 weeks old so she won't know any better but I had to get her a basket.

@mrs. wagon: I know! They're a $1 plastic basket with some ribbon glued to it - didn't look like that at all on etsy! Rainbow Sprinkles was at my house when they arrived and she even said I should complain. I'm using an old basket for DS instead and I'll just buy a special one for DD next year

@HLK208: you should totally return and demand a refund. Then once you get your money back, write a bad review. I'd hate for others to be that disappointed as well!!

Yes, I bought a basket at Target, filled it with a book on the story of Easter, eggs, puffs, and the Play & Learn Puppy.

I'm such a mean mommie! lol! She's not getting anything from us this easter, she's only 13 months old, and just had a birthday a few weeks ago! Sooo many toys and treats already in her life. We're waiting for the weather to get nicer and we'll be buying a bike trailer so she can go on bike rides with her daddy

haha kinda last minute but here is M's:
The flowers were dried from a bouquet my husband got me, tights from last week's shopping trip, a pouch from the cupboard and will be filling the eggs with rice melts & puffs tonight.
P.S. this may or may not be the same color scheme as her first bday party!

I did! LO will be 4 months on Monday. I just bought a cheapie basket, though I'd like to get a bigger and nicer one when she's older. I put in a new light-up toy, a teether, a bath book, baby sunglasses, a new wubbanub, a board book with a main character that shares her nickname and a stuffed doll made to look like her patron saint. The last was ordered from Etsy and is so adorable!

@mrsjyw: I was worried I was doing something wrong because it seems like everyone is doing baskets. I see it that my lo has no idea what is going on and I'd just have to open it anyway. Our moms got him baskets though.

LO is almost 6 months. I bought him a cheap basket from Target, a plastic bath book about Easter, a board book, a little frog and I colored wooden eggs from @mrskc's tutorial on the blog!

LO is almost 4 months. My mom got her a basket through one of GMA's deals that has her name embroidered on it. It came with chocolates and a little bunny, so the contents aren't exactly for her, but the basket is cute. I got her a tiny felt basket from target and bath book, $2 total.

Wow I feel like a bad mom lol. DD is 11 months and I didn't make her one. I figured she wouldn't even care. We are celebrating tomorrow with MIL so I'm sure shell have some little treat over there and I bought her a special dress.

I realize I'm insane for making an Easter basket for a 6 week old, but whatever. It turned out cute... I'll post a picture tomorrow. I got a small one for Dan too. I do every year, because I'm obsessed with Easter.

@mediagirl: I wanted to put a swimsuit in Sadie's (I put sunglasses & sunscreen), but I haven't found one I love yet.

It's in the living room where my ILs are sleeping so I'll have to post a pic of it maƱana. I wasn't going to do one but my SIL was making them for her boys and I didn't want them wondering why the Easter bunny didn't leave E a basket. His has a board book, a bath book, finger puppets, a teething ring and sunglasses.

Umm...I seriously feel bad for not doing one! DS is 18 months old and really doesn't know any better. He didn't get one last year either. I'm terrible.
@chopsuey119: I want that basket for myself! So cute! Where's it from?
pineapple / 12526 posts
Yep! The basket was from us and the blue bunny was from my mom.
