I'm 22 weeks, for 4 days now I've had the horror of round ligament pain which feels like I'm being stabbed in the gut. Sleeping and rolling in bed is hell.
Any other poor souls have this?

Yep! Had it for a few weeks now, unfortunately!
Sometimes it's the stabby pain when rolling over in bed or sneezing (which has made this allergy season a joy!
), the past week or so, it's been more of a pulled muscle ache near my hipbones.I did read somewhere that when you're sleeping, you should sleep on the side where you have the pain, as that will stretch the ligament less? I dunno how well that works, though!

I had round ligament pain with my first pregnancy, and it wasn't fun at all. Luckily it went away fairly quickly. Hoping the pain subsides soon.

@Mrs tartan: LOL, I think that's the internet's way of saying, "Nothing you can really do about it, but here's something fairly useless you can try so you're not just waiting it out".
When I asked my doctor about it, he just kind of said, "Yup, that sounds about right... totally normal, not pleasant, but definitely normal!"

Yup! I've had it for awhile now with this pregnancy. I try to temember to get up and roll over slowly. Holding my belly while I cough or sneeze helps, but I am forgetful!

Thankfully it's mostly only when I sneeze or move in a really weird way but it's no fun at all. A friend said a heading pad helped her but she also said hers was more in her back? Mine are all low in my belly and I wouldn't feel comfortable putting a heading pad there for long.
