LO is currently going through the 4 month sleep regression, and went from taking 3 1.5-2hr naps a day and waking once at night to eat, to taking 4 45 min naps and waking anywhere from 2-4 times a night.

My question is, did your LO naturally go back to good sleep habits after a sleep regression? And how long did it take? Or did you have to sleep train to get them back on track? I'm not against sleep training, but there's just so much different information out there that I'm a bit overwhelmed at how you know which method is best for you.
