Hellobee Boards

in HS, this was the THING to do with gfs on the wknds. a new, "nice" mall opened up just before I was in HS and we LIVED there just about every weekend.

@mrbee: eye shopping, shopping, eat at the food court, there was another mall we used to go to sometimes that had a movie theater, so we would do that too stereotypical hs teenager wasting time bs

I lived at the mall before I could drive. That was the only thing I could and was allowed to do. All we would do is walk around all the wings of the mall to see if we could run into cute boys, eat at the food court, and go to the Z. Caverichi/Marcus girbaud/guess stores (I'm showing my age on that one).

the mall hanging out for us was primarily in the middle school years I'd say. I went a fair amount with my mom growing up too. once we could drive we seemed to stop going there, though I'm not sure why.

I think we mostly wandered, maybe got a snack . . . I remember spending a lot of time in claire's or some similar store looking at cheap jewelry I could get with my allowance.
