Mine didn't. Guess I will have to call Monday and finish my taxes that night!
Did yours provide their EIN number to you, or did you have to ask? This is probably why other people don't wait till the last minute to file taxes!

Yes. It was on the annual statement they emailed to us. We got from both she was at last year.

I just looked because I had no idea (my husband does the taxes), but they did put the EIN on the YTD payment statement. You should suggest it to them for the future!

We've had to request EIN or SSN at all three daycares we've been too. One was surprised and had no idea why we wanted it for our taxes which I thought was weird.

We had to request it back when I submitted our first FSA reimbursement, and I've kept it on file ever since.
