I started taking Rainbow Light prenatals about a month ago. Recently I have noticed that my hair and nails grow super fast! I had a manicure about a week ago and had them cut short, and they are already really long. I also got a few inches trimmed off of my hair a couple of weeks ago and I swear it's already grown out. Did this happen to anyone else? I can't afford to get manicures every week!

Yeah, but I keep forgetting why it's happening. I don't get regular manicures or anything but even my toenails grow my nail polish out a little faster and I keep having to file my nails so I can type.
I don't notice it as much with my hair but I assume it's happening there too. I wish it would get thicker instead of longer. -

Yes but I dont think its because of the prenatals, I think its just the pregnancy

I've noticed my nails are stronger and grow quicker. I haven't noticed a huge difference with my hair.

@Foodnerd81: I feel like I have to get manicures because I am awful at filing my nails (especially on my right hand because then I have to do it with my left hand). They all come out different shapes and lengths! I guess I should start practicing...

Yep! But I agree with @mrsbells and I think it's because of pregnancy for me. I took prenatals for 3 mos prior and didn't notice a different in my hair or nails until I was around 10 weeks pregnant. Maybe it's a combo of both though

When I took prenatals, I didn't notice a difference. However, my hair and nails grow naturally fast.

not so much my hair but only because I had split ends badly. But my nails were AMAZING! I am considering continuing prenatals just for the awesome nails.
