M is terrified of her arms and hates being unswaddled. She screams like crazy every single time we unswaddle her, especially during diaper changes.
I don't remember W being this way at all. She was perfectly content and quiet during diaper changes!!!

Mostly! We also changed her before feeding a lot as a newborn to wake her up to eat!

Yes, O dreads the diaper change unless there's poop. He is very content to get out of a poop diaper.

The way it seemed to me is my nb disliked most everything except nursing and being held. It seemed like she just didn't know what was going on 
at first until she got a little older.

@Rainbow Sprinkles: I feel like I read somewhere that it helps to put a small stuffed animal (like a beanie baby) on the baby's chest if they are freaking out during diaper changes...something like they don't like the open feeling and need some weight on them when they are all exposed

Yes! My LO hated having her diaper changed. We thought it was a combo of being unswaddled and the temperature change.

DD only hates being wiped! She's perfectly fine with the diaper change until the wipe hits her skin. Once wiping is over she's happy again!

Yup, 10 days old and every single one except for one today. We were all amazed. We think he doesn't like the temperature change. A pacifier helps somewhat.

Yes, my newborn really disliked 80-90% of diaper changes and any kind of getting dressed/undressed.

No, mine was always pretty content to have her diaper changed as a newborn, and now at 4 months loves it. Like "is this normal?" loves it.

My first DS screamed through every diaper change too! Even beyond the newborn phase. I just figured babies didn't like being suddenly cold but my new DS doesn't always mind.

My LO did, turned out it was the cold wipes, we ended up picking up a wipe warmer and then she was fine!

No, I think she enjoys getting rid of the dirty diaper. She stops fussing, and we get smiles and coos.
